Baskin-Robbins Just Revealed a Cold Brew Flavor Topped with Cold Foam Ice Cream

"Your regular barista could never," says Baskin-Robbins.

If you desperately need a caffeine jolt, cold brew is the only way. Lucky for us, Baskin-Robbins is scooping up a cold brew that can be enjoyed any time of day. Yes, scooping—its next Flavor of the Month is made with cold brew concentrate. You can order  Coffee Shop Cold Brew ice cream all September long!

Everything We Know About the Coffee Shop Cold Brew Ice Cream

This flavor is the ideal afternoon pick-me-up. Each scoop has silky cold brew ice cream topped with pillowy cold foam-flavored ice cream and cinnamon sweet cream swirls on top. This flavor certainly gets a stamp of approval from us.

Plus, the strength of the cold brew combined with that velvety sweet cream cold foam and bursts of cinnamon blends into a single harmonious taste. The only question is, how will we indulge in this cold brew treat? In a cup or a cone?

When Is This Scoop on the Menu?

This Baskin-Robbins ice cream flavor will be available beginning Friday, September 1. In other words, this might be the perfect caffeinated way to kick off your Labor Day weekend. Of course, since this is a Flavor of the Month, the cold brew-flavored treat is only available for a limited time.

Next time you’re about to run to Dunkin’ or Starbucks, you might want to reconsider and stop at Baskin-Robbins instead to indulge in cold brew in a new, yet completely satisfying, way.

Doesn’t Baskin-Robbins Only Have 31 Flavors?!

Baskin-Robbins has way beyond its original selection of 31 flavors. In fact, the chain has grown to over 1,400! That variety includes an unusual “Flavor of the Month” based on trends and/or iconic cultural moments. And sometimes, those flavors can be pretty innovative. Remember the chicken and waffles ice cream last March?

In anticipation of September’s Flavor of the Month, Baskin-Robbins posted a teaser video on Instagram. Plenty of fans predicted a pumpkin or pumpkin spice scoop, which makes sense with all the other pumpkin spice items. But, since we’re still transitioning from summer to fall, we’ll take this icy dessert any day!
